Cooking Pork ChopsEach year people look forward to a leisurely meal at an open air cafe consisting of some of the finest pork chops around , complete with all the trimmings. Friday evening, July 16th, at the Newton County Fair, Norm Ekstrom and his crew offer fairgoers a culinary and cultural treat! What could be nicer than dinner at an outdoor cafe? One that comes complete with wonderful music! This delightful experience awaits you at the annual Pork Chop Supper sponsored by the 4-H Council. This meal, which begins at 5:00 PM and lasts until about 7:30 PM will feature delicious, thick pork chops and includes baked potato, cole slaw, fruit cup and a drink.

The Pork Chop Supper will be served at the Sheep Arena. The proceeds of the supper will go to enrich the Newton County 4-H Program.
